Aerobic Exercise: This is a key to feeling better.  There was a time when I couldn’t do anything without going into muscle spasm in my back.  I have since started stretching/yoga before and after each exercise session.  I can now exercise every day.  I do 30-45 minutes a session.  Some gentle aerobic exercises suitable for Fibro Warriors are:

  • Eliptical Machine
  • Stair Machine
  • Fast Walking
  • Stationary Bike
  • Spin Bike
  • Aqua Aerobics
  • Swimming.
